What makes LAY LO dog beds different from standard pet beds?
Our beds are designed at the intersection of home decor and pet comfort. Each bed features a 3D-knitted, machine-washable cover and an orthopedic foam mattress that supports your pet's joints while elevating your interior design.
How do I choose the right size for my pet?
We offer four sizes ranging from Small to Extra Large. We recommend measuring your pet while they are in their natural sleeping position and comparing those dimensions to our size guide found on each product page.
Are the bed covers machine washable?
Yes. All of our designer covers feature a 360-degree zipper making them easy to remove. Simply machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle and line dry to maintain the fabric's integrity and vibrant pattern.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
What is your return policy?
We want you and your pet to be perfectly satisfied. We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, beds that have been used by pets cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our logistics to bring LAY LO's signature style to pet lovers worldwide in the near future.
